Cuvee Riesling, Chardonnay and Grüner Silvaner are behind this unique sparkling wine. It has been handcrafted using the traditional method od in bottle fermentation followed by ageing on yeasts for 52 months. It is distinguished by its soft sparkling appearance with the color of white gold and an agreeable aroma of fresh apricots and green tea.
