Quality sparkling wine, 2017
Cuvées of Rhine Riesling, Chardonnay and Sylvanian Green gave rise to this unique sparkling wine, which is made by hand using the traditional method of fermentation in the bottle and subsequent aging on yeast lees for 53 months. It is characterized by fine cultured pearling, the color of white gold and the pleasant aroma of fresh apricots and green tea. The taste is harmonious, fresh with long persistence.
