The 2020 vintage gave rise to an interesting Sauvignon that will please many wine connoisseurs. It is characterized by a very pleasant scent of peach tea with a light scent of blooming elderberry. However, aging in the bottle will accentuate these aromas. The taste is pure mineral with a typical spicy acid and persistent aftertaste.
