Palava - ice wine

Ice wine, 2022

The first ice wine produced in our winery. The harvest took place on 18 December 2022. This rare wine has the color of white gold. It is dominated by distinctly fruity notes complemented by the characteristic hint of vanilla.  The flavor is dominated by plantain syrup, beautifully balanced with a lovely acidity.
